About Us
The La Crosse Wisconsin Elvis® Explosion is a national showcase and contest featuring the world's top Elvis® Tribute Artists (ETA). The contest takes place each year around the first part of September.
The La Crosse Elvis® Explosion is known as one of the top events of the year and leads up to the world-wide "Images Of The King" contest in which the winner of the La Crosse Elvis® Explosion takes part in if they win the contest.
The La Crosse Elvis® Explosion is held at the beautiful La Crosse Center in downtown La Crosse WI. The event lasts 3 days with 2 nights of competition and the finals held on the 3rd day of the event.
The La Crosse Elvis® Explosion is a benefit for the local area chapter of the Children's Miracle Network. The weekend also includes a silent auction and Mississippi river cruises.
The event is hosted by national Elvis® event personality Ronny Craig. Craig has been featured as an ETA expert in such films and television specials as "Almost Elvis and "The Men Who Would Be King" which airs on the TLC television network.
